1. About Aurora

Aurora Open Tibia Server ("Aurora", "we", "us") provides a fan-operated game server, website, community services and an official Discord application. Aurora is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Discord Inc. or CipSoft GmbH. Tibia is a registered trademark of CipSoft GmbH.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old and meet the minimum age required by the laws applicable to you.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for promptly reporting unauthorized access.
• You may not sell, share or transfer an account except through an official Aurora feature that expressly permits it.

3. Acceptable use

You must follow the published server rules and community guidelines. You may not:

• use unauthorized automation, cheats, modified software or exploits to gain an unfair advantage;
• attack, disrupt, reverse engineer or attempt unauthorized access to Aurora systems or other accounts;
• harass others, impersonate people or staff, publish unlawful content, or infringe third-party rights;
• trade accounts, items or virtual currency outside mechanisms expressly provided by Aurora;
• use the service or Discord application in a way that violates Discord's terms, policies or community guidelines.

Security vulnerabilities should be reported privately to our support address and must not be exploited.

4. Discord application

The official Aurora application may provide commands, account-linking, role, status, notification or community features. The exact commands and permissions shown by Discord form part of the feature you choose to use.

Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord's own terms and policies. Discord is not responsible for Aurora or for this agreement. You may stop using the application, remove it from an authorized server where you have permission, or request that Aurora-held Discord data be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Virtual content and payments

Characters, items, Premium Points and other virtual content are licensed features of the service. They have no cash value outside Aurora and do not give you ownership of server data or software.

Prices and payment details are displayed before purchase. Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Mercado Pago. Unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, delivered digital content is not automatically refundable. Contact support to request a review. Fraudulent payments, reversals or chargebacks may result in removal of related virtual content and restriction of the associated account while the matter is reviewed.

6. Enforcement and termination

We may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or systems, investigate abuse, comply with law, or discontinue a service. Serious or repeated violations may lead to permanent account closure. You may stop using Aurora at any time and may request deletion of eligible personal data.

7. Intellectual property

Aurora's original website content, branding and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, artwork and software remain the property of their respective owners. These Terms do not grant a right to copy, redistribute or commercially exploit protected content.

8. Availability and disclaimers

Aurora is provided on an "as available" basis. Maintenance, technical faults, security events or operational changes may interrupt the service or affect game data. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes and applicable law

We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal or security changes. The date above will be updated, and material changes may also be communicated through the website or official community channels. Continued use after an update means acceptance where permitted by law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without limiting mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply where you live.
